Post by: Loztboy on December 07, 2011, 09:24:20 PM
UPROAR
(http://home.online.no/~tv79/gitarnorge/uproar.jpg)(http://home.online.no/~tv79/gitarnorge/uproar_guts.jpg)
Stock according too BOM except the OP-AMPS

I did not have any JRC4580 so I used two RC4558P
What difference will the JRC4580 do?
Should both op-amps be the same or can I mix?
I have some op-amps, could I use some of them? mix them?
Here's what I got
3   JRC4559D
1   JRC4558D
2   TL072CP
1   TL070CP
1   LM308N
1   RC4559P
1   OPA2134PA

LAVACHE

I used BAT41 diodes and a 2N3565 transistor.
Sweet sounding pedal!

Nice clean builds. I agree, the Lavache is sweet. I used the BAT41's as well and love the sound.

Tidy builds 8)
I love my Uproar, you can try different Op-amps.  The stock JRC4580D has a nice warm bass response. TL072, LM308N,or JRC4558/4559 would probably sound fine. Trial and error.
I used a TLC2272 for IC1 and JRC4580D for IC2

How do you find the lavache with the boost on?  Mine starts to get a bit hissy when the gains cranked.  I used a 2n5088 though, i suspect its that particular transistor.

Nice builds man.  I like both my uproar and lavache. Their great!

Thanks!
I don't have any problems with hiss when the boost is on.
