Title: Naughty Fish Ripple?
Post by: orangetones on December 23, 2021, 12:11:47 AM
Hello all,

A year or so ago I built a Naughty Fish.  It sounds good, but there is quite the waver or ripple in the sound.  You can see the role in the LED.  I thought there was a certain capacitor that could be changed to smooth that out.  Thoughts?

Consider this. Generally, separate power for modulators and clock generators from signal power rail. For all power lines - plus, minus, ground. If pcb concept allows it, of course.

Thanks for the reply.  I am not sure it is the cause though.
