I just designed 3pdt daughterboard, however i need someone to check if its done right. I'm too insecure about myself :\
Well, everything looks good. You should probably have a +9 and ground for the DC I put jack so the power and ground pads on the front can hook to the boards power and ground.

I think it could tighten it up a bit. If you like, here are a couple suggestions.
Move all the I/O hookups to the top row.
Make the CLR vertical and place it just outside the outer body of the 3pdt.
Move the LED a little further left and centered with the middle row of pins of the 3pdt.
You can extend the ground pour to cover the whole board. It's not necessary but probably no reason not to.
IMO those few tweaks give you a perfect bypass PCB :)
