This is the PCBmania KoT pre-populated smd pcb with Tayda drill, powdercoat, and UV print. It's not bad.

Yeah, 9-18v switches, clipping selector I think, external presence control, probably high/low gain settings. The build docs are a little vague.
That enclosure design is really sharp. The smd parts make it so all the internal controls are accessible on the outside and that's really cool.
