Title: Dead End Lola Phase Volume Drop
Post by: sammy-arfie on October 09, 2022, 03:57:01 PM
Hey there guys, I was wondering if anyone here has also built the Dead End Lola Phase and if anyone else is experiencing a volume drop. I built this one last year and it sounds fantastic, but it has a significant volume drop, especially when the Depth is higher up and when both Phasors are engaged. I've been through the alignment a few times, and it sounds very excellent in the studio, but the volume drop has made it a little difficult to use live without it being in a loop.

Is this just the nature of the Bi-phase circuit? I know phase shifters can have a volume drop. Am I missing something in the alignment?

Hard to tell anything without any reference material or something to go by. Phasers don't really have a volume drop, sometimes there is a perceived drop. It does sound like you have a significant problem though.
