Those pedaltrain boards are great but a bit pricey. I had a nice empty padded case spare from an old electric drill so I build my own pedaltrain style board to fit it. Fairly simple to build and pretty much does all the I need neatly.

And all complete. (This pic was taken before I started building my own pedals. The board is now packed with madbean goodies!)

Awesome job! Is your base plate plywood or a solid board?
-Josh
Yep just plywood.
nicely done
I want one. Really... still playing on a flat strip of ply. Nicely made :)
Very nicely done. I built a monster three tier pedalboard (36" X 18" base, 30" X 12" first riser, and 30" X 6" second riser), great for playing at home, not so much for taking anywhere else. Bought a couple of Gator boards for gigging, but might follow your lead and build me up a couple of these as well.
