I will get voltages later tonight, I don't remember anything being weird about them when I was first building it, but it would be good to get a second set of eyes on this.
the pedal is delaying. It's doing things, so that's cool.
However, it doesn't oscillate. And the clock frequency doesn't go higher than 9.5khz.
I've tried an NE570, and an v571d, and different MN3005s and different CD4047s.
Hoping the symptoms are something someone has seen before. thanks!

Voltages look good. I wouldn't worry about the exact clock freq as long as you are getting the appropriate delay times.
For the oscillation, you can reduce R45 from 100k. I would socket it and try incrementally smaller values, like 82k, 75k, 68k, etc until you get the result you want. That resistor was set high because I found it cleaned up the repeats a bit. But, it should be able to be reduced some until you get oscillation at the max feedback setting.
okay I will try that. thanks!
Out of curiosity, do you have a set of instructions if you do have an oscilloscope?
No, I don't unfortunately. However, you could use a DM-2 calibration as a guide since the Anamorph is closely related. Here's a video of one. Let me know if it helps.
Same issue with mine. I can sometimes get it to oscillate with delay all the way down and the lvl trimmer all the way up.
In fact I find the repeats too faint overall with the lvl trimmer anywhere lower, but maybe that's just me ...
I've tried reducing r45, and that definitely makes it oscillate if I bring it down quite a bit (below 50k). I only did quick & dirty experiments holding another resistor across so nothing precise, I'll try to solder a trimmer across instead.
