Or, would people find my little comments on there offensive (as madbeanpedals customers, I mean)?
Anyway, I think this one is it!
Love it. ;D
I don't see why they would. I like them and think they are appropriate.
I called the sunkings I made Klones :'(
(http://juansolo.demon.co.uk/stompage/images/klon6-to.jpg)
Otherwise, no, think that's perfectly acceptable ;D
EDIT: Switchable clippers?
I love it as well. ;D
Oh, I like it
After updating (hot-rodding) I think that's a very fitting statement!
;D me likey. I'm assuming this is about the guy who wanted to buy bundles at "educational discount" only to resell
I doubt anyone who is a DIY builder would regard those statements as anything but humorous.

Sad thing is that anyone capable of the deception he was, would just goop it and claim it as their own anyhow :(
thumbs up. I'm hard to offend.

Good point.
Madbean could instead (or in addition to) use top-layer copper text around the edges of the board. And maybe also bottom layer as well. Kind of an added pain in the ass, but it makes it harder to mis-appropriate. You can't scratch off the copper text, even if it is covered up. And gooping top and bottom would drive up the labor cost. ;)
You can't actually build a Klone on this board, anyway, but when has that ever stopped anyone? It's maybe 75% Klon and 25% madbean. Or, whatever numbers you like.
CJ- I thought about that copper text, actually, but making the board that much bigger would kinda mess up the enclosure fitting.
I think this is fine, so long as it doesn't put anyone off. The "no klone" thing is more directed toward the HERE'S MY KLONE ON EBAY>>>I AM PEDUL BILDER NAO, L@@@@@K crowd, not anyone here ha ha.

Challenge accepted ;)
I love it... Ripping off someones elses hard work and selling it on ebay or CL for personal gain is just plain wrong in my book.
Supporting the DIY community and getting build and play some of the best pedal designs out there is awesome. When can I preorder... ?
I like! :D

+ 1 ! I agree with CJ. Nothing offensive here. Actually I'm glad you do this. It's time for some people (if I can still call that) to understand that they cannot lie and take advantage of someone else's property. As Juansolo writed yesterday (for a totally different thing though), "we fart in their general direction" (Really liked this and seemed apropriate here! ;D)!
As for the project, me likey too! ;) It's time we get rid of this obsession with Klons. Time for something new!!
"Say NO to Klones" !! ;D
Hector
Not offensive at all. I think I would have been even more blatant like
"If you think you are gonna make a living off of riding my coattails & stealing my work without even the decency of crediting me with the original thought needed to start this kind of thing. . . I would be looking over my shoulder for the impending ass-whoopin' coming your way!"
But then there would be no room for anything else!
I can't wait to hear what this one sounds like!

Lots of good progress on this today. One half of the circuit is pretty near perfect. Time to f'up the clean side next.
Dude, your breadboards are waaaaay neater than mine.
Jacob
Good luck! I hope it works as expected, because we expect a lot from this circuit! ;D
Let us know when you finish it.. ;)
Cool shot of your breadboard. It's nice to see how you work. Makes me want to use mine more.
The only reason I'm not using the left half is I discovered yesterday parts of it are not connected to each other that should be! I think the little tin plate underneath is messed up.
is the one on the right clear? reminds me of those n64 controllers, the clear purple ones?
Clear breadboard? I didn't see this one. Awesome! ;D
Good observation there, aziltz! ;)
I got one of those clear breadboards from Mouser for cheap on my last order. And it TOTALLY reminds of N64 controllers hahaha.
