I see that the Fat Pants is running at "slightly under 18 volts". How detrimental would 16volt caps be in place of the 10uf?
Will it fly, or just pop the 2 caps?
I ask because I have EVERYTHING to build this, but my 10ufs are 16v... so rather than hunt down a couple of caps, I thought I would just ask.

I think it would be better to be safe rather than sorry. You could likely build it, but the long term results can't be guaranteed. Have you ever seen or heard an electrolytic explode? Catastrophic...
