Could anybody post a wiring diagram for a circuit without a switch at all, but still using jacks?
I've done it before, but I always forget how to do it.

Wire your input to your input jack tip lug, and your output to your output jack tip lug. Make sure your ground connects to one of the ground lugs. Really, there's no need for a diagram cause it's super simple.

If you are not putting it in a metal enclosure make sure you ground both the input and output jacks.
