...to crack open their Slambox and let me know what the voltages on the BS170 should be?

I have one unboxed so........... here you go.
I measured each leg with volume all the way down, and then measured with the volume all the way up. (All voltages dropped with the volume all the way up). With the flat side of the BS170 facing you I got:
Left leg: 7.7v and 4.9v
Middle leg: 2.8v and 2.2v
Right leg: 1.65v - 0v
