Title: Devi Ever Hyperion, non mad bean content
Post by: jonrhee on March 24, 2012, 05:21:23 PM
I was bored yesterday and realised I had most of the parts to build a simple fuzz, so I went over to the rat shack to pick up some caps and PNP transistors to build a Devi Ever Hyperion Clone.

This is my first PCB layout I've done on my own and I was more than excited to find that it worked.

It sounds pretty dead on to my ears.

nice! I've been on a fuzz kick and added this to my list yesterday. One of D.E's best sounding fuzzes imo

The only hyperion I knew of was a catlainbread product, or am I mistaken? Is this the same as that one as well?

I think the catalinbread pedal is the hyper pak.  Maybe.  I built one a long time ago and ended up giving it away.  Sounded good, but i didn't use it much.

Very nice.  I have a Devi Karaoke Party and Electric Brown in progress.

Has anybody ever seen a schematic for the Devi 90?  I have searched all the usual sites...nothing
