The more I read this, the more I realize how weird the English language is sometimes...I start wondering why don't we read this "Bu-ee-ld" instead...
Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo.
Ok, what stuff are you on, and more importantly, where can I get some?

The same goes for the word "soldering". In demo's, people always seem to pronounce it as "saw-dering". Why is that?

Thats is the american interpreteation of the English language. Over her in England it is said as solderng.
I've noticed people also say the word "decal" differently.
I say De-Cal
Some say Deckel.
???
I think of the fatty cut of beef when people say it "deckle". Yay.
In Canada, it's even worse.
How do you pronounce the letter "Z"?
In Canada it's "zed".

Do you use "zed" for the number 0, as well? I went to Toronto for work once and they were trying to give me a phone number, and I got really confused.
No, we do not use ZED for zero. That is just plain weird.....
No, I use the word zero.
Also, it really bothers me when people use the word 'oh' for the number 0. the numbers "306" is not "three OH six" it is "three ZERO six."
This is a weird thread
and it should have more haikus
pedals are so fun

I imagine there are parts of England that pronounce the L like a W.
W and L in the history of English overlap; the word "saw" (as in "I saw him ...") was at one point pronounced "Saw(u)l" and had an L in the spelling. I (and other people in my region, mid-Atlantic coast) occasionally pronounce it "saal".

Sweet!!!
Is that an enclosure dipped in an etch bath?
Josh
That looks awesome!!!! :o It's exactly what I am planning to do enclosure/project wise. Nice build!
Woah! Very cool!
Can hardly see
Must build to feel free
Baby board glee
I say "oh" all the time instead of zero. Maybe its a California thing..Like Beverly Hills 90210
3 pedals in a 1590BB! Oh my bean :-X :o
Any chance of a demo? ;D
Josh
I always like Top Gear when they say "naught" for zero.
I routinely use oh for zero, except for phone numbers. If I were to use "oh" I know some moron will think that is a 6.
Last one for now. Demos are next.

Yeah. It was totally disgusting to handle, too. I had to keep a wet paper towel handy to wipe my hands when building. I really should have clear coated that one.
whoa dude! these look great! I can't wait to build me some baby pedals ;D they look so adorable! haha thanks for sharing these!

So tidy! nice job :)

Fantastic, just ordered a Smoothie, Runt, and a Bacon Bits which will be going in the same box as a Sea urchin and one more space to be finalised , probably a Chorus.
