Title: Slow Loris Video
Post by: bikescene on April 22, 2012, 10:21:15 PM
Just noticed that there's a demos section on this forum. I ran through a few settings earlier today with my Rat Clone.

I wanted to buy a Rat about 10 years ago when I started playing, and I'm glad that I built this pedal. The voicing is what I've always wanted in a distortion pedal. I'm thinking of building another with Ge diodes ala a You Dirty Rat and switchable compensation caps one of these days.

Hey that is nice. Good job.
What was your recording setup/process?

Thanks guys.

My recording rig is pretty simple. I use a Shure SM57 into a Symetrix SX202 mic preamp into my M-Audio Firewire Solo interface. I stuck the SM57 almost up on the grill, about an inch to the right of the center of the speaker cap.
