Here is my 3rd baby, the Hipster Fuzz. Like my others, almond top with raw aluminum sides. The pcb is small so there was plenty of room to spare. One could add a pre-gain control no problem. I may add one later for kicks.
I tried a TON of different transistors and ended up with 2N2369 in Q1 and 2N2222 in Q2. I settled on a bias of 5.3v. The result is a moderate-gainy fuzz that sounds pretty full and big at max.
Awesome graphics!
This one made me laugh! There really is a good bit amount more room in there. Curious where you got your Q1, never heard of that one.
this looks really awesome. i have this next on my list of builds to do. really like the graphic. i was thinking of doing a mustache on mine.

The 2n2369a was from mouser. Not sure how I ended up with them. They are designated as a NPN switching transistor?
