Title: Fat Pants & Rub-A-Dub
Post by: mjcyates on May 28, 2012, 01:16:08 AM
So I built the Rub-A-Dub reverb. I had an unboxed Fat Pants and an enclosure already drilled for three knobs so what the heck put them both in there. Made a nice pedal. I went with the medium brick. I wish I had gone with the short brick. Sounds great though.

Interesting idea. I've thought about doing the same, only using a delay instead of reverb. How does the combo sound?

The washer thing you use always looks cool. Very steampunk.

Cool!  Nice combo.  The short brick is definitely better for the spring type sound.

Sounds really good, just wish I had gone with the short brick. For just a basic reverb there is not much of the sweep that you can use.

Thanks, I've put them on all of my non diy pedals as well. Just adds a little touch.

Thanks, I might be getting another board from you to do the short brick.

I bought long bricks. Did I make a boo boo?
I like caverness ethereal sounds tho, so I think not...hmmm

The long brick should be perfect for that.

I like the long personally.  But I'm using it for swell type stuff.
