Hey guys,
I am gathering parts for a LaVache build and having trouble locating the transistor 2N3565 for this project. I see that Tayda has this PN3565, is this the same part? If not, where is everyone getting the 2N3565? I did buy the stock tranny but want to try the suggested mod as well since so many like it instead.

Wound up buying mine from Smallbear. It seems to be the place to obtain unobtanium. Apparently it also skulks around under the name 'PN3565', this being for the plastic transistor packaging rather than the button packaging.
Cool, thanks. I did search Smallbear but couldn't find it before...just did it again and it popped up! Can't wait to get this together.
