I posted several new demos to my youtube channel of designs from around the DIY community. All of them are projects I built on perfboard in the last month or so, except for the Whisker Biscuit, which is on one of Eff Dub's boards. I'm also completing demos of the Cave Dweller (comparing the stock and the "bright" version), a 3-knob Afterlife, and the Fatpants. I'll post those as soon as they're ready. I might have a smoothie done this week, but I'm still trying to get the matched FETs sorted.
Demos:
Engineer's Thumb -- MerlinB's excellent design.
Mini Red Llama (Baby Bactrian) -- it's Brian's schematic but done on perfboard after I was practicing with the DIY Layouts program. (Here ya go ... http://jonpattonmusic.files.wordpress.com/2012/06/red-llama-1590a.pdf)
Mini Fallstaff - my little rangemaster derivative with some changes I made recently to make it play nicer with brighter gear. (Here's the layout: http://jonpattonmusic.files.wordpress.com/2012/06/fallstaff-od-layout2.png
Mini Orange Squeezer -- Again, Brian's schematic, but I deviated as I usually do when building these. This is my favorite OS so far.
Whisker Biscuit -- Effdub's board. HOLY CRAP LOUD. The next one I make will probably have a much smaller volume pot.
Loved the Demos! Thanks Jon, I am glad I finally got to hear the engineers thumb. Been looking forward to that.

Great demos, thanks for taking the time. Great playing :)
Man, I love your style. Thanks for taking the time to do these. I got some building and more importantly, PRACTICING to do!
Thanks for the inspiration on both fronts.
You guys are too kind. :)
great demos, got the engineers thumb on my bench here, will probably do that and the OS now.
