Title: BassMudbunny Big Muff Pi
Post by: icecycle66 on July 05, 2012, 04:48:08 PM
So, eh..

Which of the Mudbunny models start off most similar to the current EHX Bass Big Muff Pi?

Don't go making a hard thing of this, just if you happen to have already looked into it and know the answer.

Thanks.

I´ve read several times that the most similar is the green russian.

Weeks ago I tried to trace the bass big muff´s schematic  from some pictures. And I almost finished.

I couldn´t trace the booster section (bad pictures). But I traced the typical big muff section.

There are some strange caps in paralell with unknown values (values not shown in the PCB), and I don´t know what clipping diodes are used, but I´m posting my work, maybe it could be helpful....
