What type of switches are the :

CLIP and HP/LP.

I think CLIP is a on/off/on SPDT

and HP/LP is a on/on SPDT.

Am I wright??

They should both be On/On SPDT. You could use a center off for the clip, but with no clipping diodes to (virtual) ground it will probably sound pretty nasty.
