Title: "pop" switch 3pdt on EGODRIVER

i was build a EGODRIVER but my switch 3pdt is "POP" when i turn on...can somebody help me to give a solution for this problem....for reduce or eliminate this problem....?

Are you using a pull-down resistor? R1 on the schematic...usually that's why you would want to have a resistor there, to help with that...

i use 1M....thats is correct?

Yeah that should be fine. A couple things that I would do to try to fix this is checking for any solder globs, cold solder joints or even increasing the 1M resistor to a larger value (See post by Pearly Gator on this page: http://www.thegearpage.net/board/archive/index.php/t-252527.html)

There's a few other suggestions in there you might want to try out. Good luck!
