Title: Snarkdoodle "Snark"
Post by: sgmezei on August 25, 2012, 04:07:32 PM
Here is my Snarkdoodle. IT IS LOUD!!!! hahaha. I socked the differences between the two versions on the build docs but I haven't switched between any yet. Can't wait to try it out in a live situation.

Looks great! IMO, it really shines on low gain settings with the right gear. I used a Llama clone on our last record with a Hamer Special and Cage amp, very low gain setting, and it was absolutely perfect.

That fabric is great! Did you find some like that, or did you tie-dye it yourself? ;)

Agree with Bean about the low-gain settings but concur that it's loud and really wants to be turned up. Set the volume at unity and it's a disappointing pedal. Set it at noon and it turns into something glorious.

Thanks Bean and Cory!

Jon, I found the fabric this way. Really cool design. I wish I could tyedye something that cool looking!
