transistors for zombii fuzz.

Which one should I order?

All pairs from smallbearlec will be ok?

I really like that fuzz and built couple one all with different trannies, the only common point that they shared was their HFE, Q2 always around 90 and Q3 around 125.

Any PNP germ within that range will give you good results, it's just different flavor.

The original FuzzFactory have AC128 in it...you may take some of those if you want a «true» clone.

This is just based on my personal tastes ;)

I ve read that any germ. transistor with hfe 90 and 125 are the best but in smallbearelec

doesn't specify any hfe range.

The pairs I've purchased from Small Bear were in about that range, but the Q2 has been more like 175 - 185 hfe or so. I have no experience with the Zombii, but if that higher gain range will work the US set should sound great.
