2nd of 3. Got it all wired and got the bulb lit, put the thing down, and all went dead. Before I panicked, I checked the power supply (brand new OEM Jim Dunlop 24v AC 200ma) and bam. It's dead. Either I shorted it somehow, or it sucked. Gotta order more. Going with Electro Harmonix 18v DC center tip positive (I'll wire the jack in reverse) this time.
I'm going to file down the bottom of the board, use a compressed air can to blow out the dust, and reinforce the electrical tape at the bottom. Dammit. The bottom of the board was hitting metal from the stompswitch, as I didn't insulate there...wonder if that shorted the PS....either way, I DID HAVE BULB! Almost there.
