I'll be finishing up some builds soon and plan on using RRs as 15v regulators in both the Current Lover and the Pork Barrel. The TO92 versions available at Small Bear (78L15) are listed as 100mA, whereas the Mouser TO220 versions (http://www.mouser.com/Search/ProductDetail.aspx?R=BA17815Tvirtualkey65430000virtualkey755-BA17815T (http://www.mouser.com/Search/ProductDetail.aspx?R=BA17815Tvirtualkey65430000virtualkey755-BA17815T)) are 1A. Since I don't know the current draw of either of these projects, will the 100mA T092 versions at Small Bear be sufficient, or should I opt for the larger 1A T0220 versions at Mouser?
You'll be limited by the output of your voltage conversion IC anyway, so I think both will be fine. Check the datasheet for the IC you are using to be sure!

Thanks Paul. Turns out it should be no problem at all. I found this list (http://stinkfoot.se/power-list (http://stinkfoot.se/power-list)) of current draw of many popular pedals, and either would be fine, as the draw is much lower in both pedals than the limits of the regulators.
