Alright. I'm stuck waiting for my LDRs to get here to actually be able to build this up, but in the mean time, here is where I am at....
The enclosure. This is my first full attempt using the PulsarDecalPro system. Love this product. HUGE learning curve, but I'm looking at this thing and cannot believe that I did this. I was going to do white on black, but the enclosure came to me already green, so I changed the lettering to gray. Really happy with it. The cloudy areas are just adhesive that I can remove in a few days. So pumped about this...

And, the circuit board awaiting the LDRs....

Search "pulsar" on the forum. There a couple of threads with instruction and advise. Ian started the most resent one, you might try searching his most resents post.
that's gonna look real nice ian
Real nice!!!

I wanted to try clear coating... even though it's not really needed, my curiosity got the best of me and it slightly yellowed the graphic. Still looks good though. Still very happy.
Splendid. I had a doppelganger and i sold it cause i needed money and i just din't use the pedal that much. I miss the pedal sometimes though. It's a wonderful effect (but not worth the crazy prices it gets now ).
Fantastic job.
What size enclosure is that and is it a Hammond enclosure?
Nice work!
Looking forward to seeing the finished article dude :)

It is the 1590DD clone from Mammoth. I will say, I definitely would recommend getting the 1590D, the extra height would be extremely helpful. I'm going to make this work, but it is going to take a lot of planning to keep the jacks from shorting against the board. Keep in mind also, It will only work using the slim enclosed jacks. Maybe using the 1590D would allow you to use the standard open frame jacks, but not here.
Long story short, at the minimum, use a 1590D. I'll share my drill template when I get home from work.

Finally I can learn how people are doing the white graphics! Thanks and great job! Looking froward to seeing the final product....
This thread reminded me that I've got a doppelgänger board that Keefe had etched for me.
Still gotta finish my stringringer build first though
;D
You still have that drill template for your Doppelganger? How did the boxed pedal turn out?
