so if a guy was to put 2 pedals in one enclosure, he would come off the "out" of the first 3pdt and into the "in" on the other 3pdt to the other effect? right ? ? ?
other than that its 2 seperate effects ? just daisy chain the bypass?

Yes on the switch wiring. I build my 2-in-1's with a shared DC jack as well. Wire it like you normally would, just twice; one from each board.
Not sure exactly how to get the Kashmere tone, but it is generally held that fuzzes should be earlier in an effects chain and modulation types later in the chain. My most recent build was a Big Muff/Tremolo, and that's how I ordered it. I'd go Bender first were it me.
