Title: Hand wiring from a schematic?
Post by: Ang3lus on December 03, 2010, 11:38:56 AM
I know how to read a schematic, but is there a guide on how to wire it onto a prefboard ? I wanna hand wire the TS-9, just to have that "mojo" factor.

There are some great videos on Youtube showing guys hand-wiring various pedals, so that's where I would start.

You can take any exiting pcb layout and simply wire it to perfboard. I'm sure there are some perf only layouts if you search on DIYSB. Or, you could take the Tonepad layout and simply load the components into a perfboard in the same manner and wire it the same way the traces are laid out: http://www.tonepad.com/project.asp?id=1
