Title: Current Lover D4 clarification

Just want to be clear before committing this to solder.

Building the 3207. Am I correct in assuming the two leads of D4 and D5 are sharing the same pad just below C6?

Correct. Although, the only thing that matters is you connect that end of D4 to that junction of D5 and C6...doesn't matter how.
