Title: Anyone knows what these are? KM41256-15
Post by: guile on January 22, 2013, 07:08:18 AM
Guys, I ran into these memory chips: KM41256AJ-15 - 256K X 1 Bit Dynamic RAM with Page / Nibble Mode - semiconductor

Anyone knows what they are? Are used in any pedal and are they worth anything?

Hi, thats 256kBit dynamic RAM  :D
The last computers using it schould be at least 10 years old.
I doubt that they have ever been used in any Guitar gear.

Sorry.

I don't remember which chips were used, but some of the Digitech pedals (XP series) used DRAM I believe.
