Title: Modded ROG Peppermill (non 'Bean)
Post by: pryde on January 31, 2013, 03:37:56 AM
Built this for a local player, its the 2nd one I have built. The first one was a vero of layout of the "TODD" overdrive from guitarpcb. This one is built with their new fabbed version of the circuit. Basically it is a Peppermill with extra clipping diodes at the end (used LED's and BAT46 for this one). I changed a couple resistor values to squeeze a bit more gain out of it as well, but it still is a very light and subtle overdrive.

It sure is purdy says my little 5 year old girl  ;D

Very nice!
I built a TODD from GuitarPCB and wasn't really expecting much, but was I wrong! It's a great pedal.
A 1590A Peppermill is in the works.

This looks really good! You've got me curious to hear how it sounds, too.
