Just a little tidbit i thought I'd bring to the table. Any of you youtubers may of heard of
"EEVblog Dave Jones" he is a crazy Aussie guy that does reviews on electronic stuff, he has a 40 min video all about beginner SMD soldering. Its awesome

I recently sat down to watch this guy's vids, I love his sense of telling it how it is. Classic electrical engineer: blunt, funny (if you're lucky) and hopefully good at what they do. This guy is all three.
