Title: Mini Deja Vibe Volume Issue
Post by: frankie5fingers on February 28, 2013, 03:04:46 AM
I'm kinda hoping I can fix this myself without having to send it back, wait, and pay shipping both ways.  Any ideas of where to look for a fix here?  My mini Deja Vibe is muting the volume of my signal.  By itself, in the chain, different cables etc. same thing.  It happens when the effect is on or off.  It works fine but again, at a lower volume.  I don't know a thing about vibes, or have a clue what to check or what the reading(s) should be if I do.  Anybody have any experience with these?  Anything simple or are there too many possibilities?
Thanks

A slight grounding issue can do that. I've had badly soldered cables give me a similar effect. If you signal is leaking to ground, that will happen.
