Hi, I need help with the uproar I've realized this pedal:

The sound is great but it is too dark. I've tried to change the capacitors C9 from 36n to 10n and C8 from 36n to 33n, but the tone of the pedal is still without treble and too dark. What should I do?

its been solved on freestompboxes
real schematic has c8 and c9 with a 22nF value,but unlike madbean's ,one is attached directly to pin 1 of the tone pot before the 11k resistor.
the other difference is the final 100 ohm resistor,it goes after the volume in series from wiper to output.
