Title: First Build - Fat Pants aka: Brown Cow Booster
Post by: masterlk on December 24, 2010, 03:28:04 AM
Hey all - This is my first build, a Fat Pants. I chose the name Brown Cow Booster as the Echoplex was used by Eddie and he is also known for having the "brown sound." I tried to keep the paint job clean but as time went on it just wasn't going to happen. So I antiqued the whole pedal. It looks like it could have been on Eddies board back in the day! Had a blast building this. My only regret is that after choosing the paint scheme, I could see that labeling was going to be a problem. With the stripes and different paint thicknesses I figured there was no way for a water slide. So I left it without labels. Maybe I'll figure something out down the road.

Cool, congrats on your first!  It's a boost, who needs labels... ;)
