Title: Lesson learned.. Epic fail on my part
Post by: selfdestroyer on March 11, 2013, 07:30:53 AM
I just learned when etching a face/name plate, MAKE SURE TO use a reversed image. LOL In my defense I have been etching PCBs most of the day and was in that mode but this is the first time I tried the name plate thing. Just thought I would share my fail.

Its a shame since the etch came out nice.

After I posted this I realized I just gave a glimpse of my new testing rig. I hope to have it done next week and I will post the details.

LOL yup.. planned it that way. My wife was giving me the disbelief look all day while I was working on it. Called me immature.... it was worth it.

+100!

My wife did the same thing when I named a Muff I built the Fill More Beaver because I put a decal of the Allman Bros Live at the Fillmore East on it.

Totally worth it to get her rolled eyes look !

That's some great word play ;D I think you should use it anyway and then make people feel stupid if they say something about.

Your Anal Probe isn't backwards anymore!
