Anyone know the approximate draw on these two. Or even better, can you tell me how to measure it myself?

Sure!
You have to partially hook up a power supply. Connect the negative to the ground of the circuit, and then take a DMM set to measure current draw and then connect the red probe to the positive of the power supply, and the black probe to the +9V of the circuit. Should give you a reading.
Both those circuits should be very low, like <10mA.

Without an LED, expect between 0.5 to 2 mA of current. With the LED, 5-10 mA is a save bet.
