Post by: camsna on December 30, 2010, 12:00:00 AM

Hey camsna,
How are you?  When I was building this I was also concerned.  I figured there must be voltages that are supposed to be within specific ranges on particular transistor legs.  I built this with a set of germanium transistors from Small Bear.  I ordered their 3 knob Tone Bender set.  After I had the pedal built up I dialed in the trimmer for what I considered it's strongest tone.  With a matched set from Small Bear, I don't think you should have any problems.  Or at least, this was my experience with it...
