Title: Anyone read Russian?
Post by: slimtriggers on April 03, 2013, 07:51:14 PM
Got some Ge trannies for a fuzz project and they came with this datasheet.  Just trying to verify the pinout.

Any help is appreciated  :)

top to bottom:
Emitter
Base
Collector

They're actually cognates. transliterated, it's:
emittera
bazi
kollektora

For good measure, "h 21 3" (that last character is an "eh"). This is another (antiquated) way of writing hfe.

The columns are the characteristic, abbreviation, then "Norma" with sub columns "no less than" and "no more than."

You should be able to work out the important stuff.

Here ends the lesson.
