Hi, maybe a silly question, but...
Many projects use 47uF for power filtering, I got some 100uF condensers and I wonder if they do the jos just as well, or can it cause some trouble?

Not a silly question. 100uF and 47uF are almost always interchangeable for power filtering. There may be some small benefit to using one or the other, but since it's not in the audio path, it's fine to make that substitute.
