Has anyone the schematic? Or any similar? ::)

From the Earthquaker website:

QuoteThe  Organizer uses a mix of analog and DSP circuitry with true bypass switching and an all analog direct (dry) signal path.

The schematic won't be a big help for cloning. It's a digital effect that's been programmed.

As fas as EQD octave effects go, the Bit Commander IS clonable. It's very close to this, which was posted on DIYSB in 2007: http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=55644.0

Any time you hear a clean upper octave, it's safe to assume that it's digital. :(

Yep; dsp is a no go for cloning.

However, if my memory serves me culture jam and madbean both bought dsp dev kits...

This could lead to some interesting projects in the future!

all EQD have custom written programming on the DSP chips.
Talked to them at NAMM about it.
