Title: Loophole: yea or nay?
Post by: wolfingsworth on April 28, 2013, 04:10:15 AM
As with all of Brian's projects I'm sure it is very well thought out and usable, but who has built one and what do you like, dislike about it?

I like mine.

I could never get the detune to work though.
Other than that the build wasn't as hard as it looks.

Its controls work together well.
It doesn't play nice with lots of fat bass.
It work sgreat with looping guitar.
The loop time is a little short.

I use mine most when I am trouble shooting other pedals or am playing with new pedals.  It gives me a constant input so i can mess with the audio probe or control knobs.

The Loophole is a blessing from God Above when you're fettling pedals.

Otherwise, you're trying to strum the guitar, hold the audio probe on pin 3, and adjust (neatly) the trimpot, all at the same time.
