Title: Neptune delay--decay pot

Am I correct in thinking this just controls how long you get to hear the funky momentary de-tune type thing?

Yeah, that's the sum of it. 

The momentary switch lights up the LED in the LED/LDR.  Which turns the 'time' down.  Then the LED dims and it slowly moves the time back up to what you have the time knob set to.  The decay pot determines how quickly/slowly the LED dims.

At least, that's how I understand it.   :)
