Can someone tell me the voltages of the transistors for the

Quasar AC version?

I am not getting the same voltages on Q1 and Q2.

My ic voltages are correct and I belive my Q1 voltages are correct, I use 2SC1815,

but my Q2 are not the same as Q1 (C=9, E=2.3 B=1.9).

Is that normal?

I believe q2 collector voltage must be around 9 volt
and on Emiter around 4.5v,
Is that correct?
