Title: IC 741 from smallbear & dist + from effdub?

Is that IC compatible with that circuit with no mods?

pretty sure. The Dist+ uses a single op amp if I'm not mistaken, so that's a good choice. Any single op amp will work in place.

Do you have to use the built in CLR to make it work?

The built in CLR will only apply to the LED. It's not essential to the circuit, just to the LED.

Have you seen the rules for getting tech help thread? Go check that out, and see what you can learn.

There are many, many reasons it might not be working yet.

It was a joke really but thanks!

I just had the CLR in there but wasn't using it. Just clipped it and it works
