So I thought I had my LFO issues sorted, but... It sounds absolutely perfect - except whenever I adjust the speed knob it stops uni-vibing and I have to readjust the trim pots to get it back. I'm losing my mind over this. I checked all my solder joints and re-checked the wiring to the speed pot and all looks good.
For reference I am using the 9v version with power filtering.
Does it stop no matter what the adjustment is, or only at full clockwise or counter-clockwise?
The adjustment didn't matter.
I took out the led and jumpered and it works. So either my leads or led was faulty. That will be today's test. Type of led for lfo should not matter, should it?

Yes, but does it stop if you go from, say, 33% to 66%.
I had a similar problem recently on a completely different type of LFO. There are other ways to wire up a rate LED fortunately.
Just any adjustment of the speed knob stops it. Even a slight nudge.
