I needed a PSU for the bench....and i had complete set of DCBrick cables unused....
So i did this...
It uses a Dunlop ECB-004 18VDC - 1A adapter.
That adapter is regulated so i just added filtering before power is routed to the 3x 18V outlets, at their output there's a L7809 that regulates the 9V for the 7 outlets...and added a filter cap between VReg and 9V outputs rail.
UV Led when powered.
I don't hear anything weird with it either....compared to the DCBrick i always use.
That PTP wiring was fun to execute...:)
