Title: Zenkudo/Dumkudo
Post by: Jazzman on March 13, 2011, 04:58:46 AM
Hey all, I know there's a Zenkudo schem out there... not sure if anybody has cloned it yet though??? From what I gather (and I'm a noob) these pedals are based on the Zendrive with 3 switchable clipping options, with the Dumkudo having the higher gain of the 2. Maybe this could be modded into the serendipity??? I love Tanabe's 2 in 1 pedal idea with both the zen and dum in the one box...  8) So how about a board, Bean??? Pretty please?????

Isn't the zendrive supposed to be something similiar to a Dumble amp?

Yep, that's the one. One of many pedals that claim to capture the Dumble tone, actually... hmmm, so many pedals to clone... ha ha  ???  The Dumkudo is just a variation I guess with a dash more gain for single coils. Just hoping Mr. Madbean can get viable clone working! Attached is the schematic from FSB.
