So how do you cut these up?

Very carefully! Probably use a scroll saw.

Ahhh... the scroll saw. Been meaning to get one for years, I just have no space for it anywhere.

Wet tile saw is the shiznit for cutting.  Harbor Freigjt has them for cheep.  The bonus is that if you run with water it keeps the dust to a minimum.

Dood, I live in an apartment, I can't even make room for a quiet scroll saw.
If I brought in a wet tile saw, I'd be out on my ass in a New York minute...  ;D ::)

Dremel and cutoff wheel for you then. Mind the FR4 dust, do it with a mask and good ventilation.

Or score and snap with a straight edge, utility knife.  Clean up with sandpaper.

I feel like it's important to re-mention this. FR-4 dust is bad for you.
That said enjoy this Overly Manly Man meme about it.

Ahahahaha! ;D

Way back, I used to do it with a coping saw as scoring and snapping tended to lift the traces if they were close to the score. Maybe I should have scored deeper.

And yes, FR4 in any airborne size is a big no-no!

Heavy score on both sides and snap worked great.

And btw, photo taken with my Nokia 920 phone. The camera is amazing, and it's not even the best Nokia phone camera!

Nah, just looks gold because of the lighting. The wall beyond is painted yellow. They are tinned silver.
