Finally snagged another nano board. Decided to go stealth mode with this one.

* faints *
Looks great, Dave.
But don't you think it's a bit messy? ;D
I won't be impressed until you either find smaller enclosures to build in, or start doing 3 in 1 in 1590As. ::)
I kid. Killer builds. You should start selling complete boards exactly like that.
I am now going to out to buy a tambourine, as clearly I will never reach this level of building.
The one third from the left... it's a bit out of line compared to the other ones.
That is stellar!
What is the left most one?
Totally fantastic in every way.
Awesome in every way.. looks like a fun board.
Cody
Ohhh man :o

3 in 1 in 1590As.
Rej already crossed that hurdle.
Dave did a two-in-one chorus and tremolo, though ...
Dreamy

I suspect your are joking, but I am actually going to clean up the power wires a bit.

It's an EP Booster with a 9v/18v switch (internal charge pump).

Yeah, I haven't been able to bring myself to build another one of those.
Beyond awesome. :o 8)
Jealous and envious :)
Which has got me thinking... How cool would an enclosure be that was the size of a pedal train nano... Think of all the sockets you'd save and it's still look as ridiculously awesome... Anyone know any box fabricators?

Yeah, I was just thinking how shitty the power wiring looked. ::)
Wow! (what's the asteroids themed pedal?)
Seeing them all in one place makes it even more impressing that your single build reports!

I posted those tiny bastards a while back... (http://www.madbeanpedals.com/forum/index.php?topic=16021.msg151539#msg151539) no one answered :'(

It's a Lunar Module.
Yeah...... clean up those PSU wires.... ::)
To be fair, the right hand side one is making my OCD itch a little.
I'm not worthy.

Sorry, you're going to have to deal with that one. It functions better having it on the inside even though it doesn't face the same direction as the others.

Yeah, I've been thinking about something like that for a while.
One thing I thought about was using steel framing studs (for walls) as an enclosure.
I've got some other thoughts and hope to have something to show in the next month or so.
Perfection!!!!! The ultimate little jam board, even with the messy power cables ;D
i don't like it much, but i'll give you a pass for the spinal tap reference.
i keed, i keed ;)
I can't believe how good this is. I had to look away from the picture after a minute - it was like staring into the sun.

I actually had a different thought. I was thinking about having a thematic mini pedalboard where the artwork spanned across all of the pedals. With the breaks between the enclosures (and even spacing with 1590a boxes) I think it could look really cool.
I still may do it, but I'll have to be very sure of the pedal order. :-)

Why not do some kind of set of patterns that all match up on the edges? Then you could move the order without ruining the flow of the pattern.
Is that even possible?

Probably.
Maybe I'll just do a square shaped board with the patterns from the Hellraiser cube. If you put the pedals in a certain order, The walls open up.
I agree, s box the width of 2 DDs would be fantastic for a multi build.
But back to the topic:
2/10, would not use.
A dragon curve fractal, maybe?
Start with a simple, low order one, slowly moving up in complexity until, on the reverb, you're at the limit of what the laser machine can do.
I had a similar thought about that approach but haven't settled on a board spacing and order, much like you stated earlier. Easier in one big enclosure but you lose the visual breaks that make things more interesting.
Just for example I could envision a staggered layout or an otherwise non linear setup. Either could be really cool with the right artwork spanning across. A Chinese dragon could be very cool, some interesting things could happen if you had a few that might swap places or perhaps in/out. Like a riot with a more aggressive head vs a zen with a more peaceful head. Super interesting if there is a way to use both as a two headed dragon (or not).
All that aside, I think this none more black board is really well executed and amazing how cohesive the graphics are. Each is different enough to stand on its own but has enough similarity to hang with the group.
That looks like a prop from a science fiction movie. :o
love it. stealth mode pedals look great

Not a bad suggestion, really. Probably look better than a Mandelbrot.
I have no superlatives superlative enough...hmmm... it's good Dave, yeah, it's good... even better then good...
A pleasure to behold, thanks Dave!
